The show begins with “New Work,” a new one-act work for the full company created by resident choreographer Cayetano Soto in a stunning act that showcases his abilities not only as a choreographer but as a costume and lighting designer. Johan Inger first showed his choreographic skills in 1995 after a successful dance career at the Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT), where he is now Associate Choreographer. Now he presents his newest work, the mesmerising “B.R.I.S.A”. “I want to explore the world that lies behind people and their habits,” he said, describing the inspiration behind his latest work. “Great winds of change actually begin with the smallest of breezes.”
